I actually registered my Noir at their website the other day. Sad to report that I'm having the same problems as PlasticTastic and Dynalowrider. Mike is the man, he is already helping me out with everything!

I have to second this comment, Mike and the indica team are excellent. Just like Spinuch, I had my replacement unit in my hands within a few days and it was a new production unit as well (Thanks Mike). The new indica "noir" is truly a work of art.
