hi all, so I have been saving up my AVB to mae this tincture but had a couple of questions: 1 - Can i just take the tincture orally or do I need to mix it with food? 2 - When i heat the mixture am i looking to reduce the amount of liquid in the jar and when do I know when to stop? Many thanks...
