That's exactly what is going on. It's a shame because it's a cool unique grinder but I cannot excuse 2 separate products and a freebie fix that doesn't actually resolve an issue.

So I'm curious. What does the XL mouthpiece exactly add to the experience? I have a very limited experience with this device, kind of just using it as an RTL experience. Not super flavorful or cool (in terms of vape temp) but I really cannot argue the potency of the effects nor the time...

Thank you Michael! I really do appreciate your prompt response. I still cannot get over how beautiful the Apple wood is. I believe I read another poster here said the apple wood is a more subtle beauty whereas the olive wood is far more striking with the contrast of light and dark.
