On the instruction manual it shows the cap down. Not sure how to post a pic of it. The cap lid has a raised lip. I don't think wax would leak out unless you put too much. Just wanted to know if the cotton is needed. I would rather not use the cotton. Thanks Youngleaner for your response

I have the CF, and need some clarification on the wax pod. You put the wax in the cap of the pod and place the pod "cap down" in the CF. My question is do you leave the cotton in the pod when using wax? I'm assuming the cotton is used for the oils mostly. Since the pod is placed upside down, the...
