The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

My personal favorite way to use the Mighty is to fill a dosing capsule 75% full with herb and the other 25% with kief/oil/shatter. Turn the Mighty up to 390F and when it gets there, pop in the capsule. Flavor Town. The hits are cloudy as hell too. With the right mix, I can concoct a bowl that'll...

I had a similar problem. The save button was not "clickable". The solution was turning on the Crafty while trying to connect. I hope this helps.

    Crafty/Crafty+ by Storz & Bickel

I sent in my 1.5 year old Crafty to Oakland last month. The heat up time was becoming a drag and it had a hairline fracture near the bowl opening. The fracture wasnt really a problem but it bothered me (cosmetically). The battery was overheating as well so i used this as the RMA reason. Not the...

    Crafty/Crafty+ by Storz & Bickel

I sent out my 1.5 year old Crafty to S&B for the first time due to the battery overheating warning showing up at the end of the first session (roughly 10 mins.) I received an email today saying my RMA is closed and that I would receive a tracking # when the device was shipped out. I guess my...

I used to deal with randy at puffitup directly for any RMA purpose. I only sent my Crafty out to him once during the first week of use because the power button stopped functioning. Now, after a year and 4 months, I need an RMA for the overheating battery during first session on a full charge...

The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

My Crafty has about 115 hours through 6 months usage. I would like to upgrade it to a brand new Mighty. The Crafty itself is not actually failing, however, battery life has taken a hit. It is simply not conducive to my usage anymore due to the amount of time it takes to heat up. I was the first...

More safely...id drop the magic eraser. I've used it extensively for work and household cleaning. I wouldn't put that sponge anywhere near my Crafty bowl. If you open a fresh new pack and wet one with clean water as directed, it turns the water cloudy when you squeeze it. Regardless of how...

I'd say that's a defect. I have 2.10 and both of mine light up while heating.

I just got mine back this week after I returned it to the retailer for the non functioning power button. I sent it out with the charger in the original box without the CU. It was returned in the same manner, but fixed.

    Crafty/Crafty+ by Storz & Bickel

I had this question about a week ago when my Crafty was functioning. It seems to me that my first Crafty (v2.08) was more adept at keeping up with my powerful draw rate than my recent one (v2.10). It always stayed much closer to the set temperature. Has anyone noticed this?

CY0430** It's my second Crafty. I sold the first to a friend months ago with 15 hours on it. He says it's still going strong.

My Crafty's power button is not responding anymore. There is an audible sound coming from the vape if I shake it...like something came apart. It only has 5 hours on it and v2.10...is this a common issue?

On the metal? Nope. As far as the "plastic" (PEEK), the only solvents that will attack it are concentrated nitric acid and sulphuric acids. A hot ISO soak for the CU and pure acetone for the bowl and screens is extremely effective. The hot ISO cuts the soaking time down to like 2 minutes, no...
