I just got mine back this week after I returned it to the retailer for the non functioning power button. I sent it out with the charger in the original box without the CU. It was returned in the same manner, but fixed.

I had this question about a week ago when my Crafty was functioning. It seems to me that my first Crafty (v2.08) was more adept at keeping up with my powerful draw rate than my recent one (v2.10). It always stayed much closer to the set temperature. Has anyone noticed this?
