That sucks for me, my OG cloud stopped heating a few days ago. I have no idea what you guys are talking about early bird, fan boy, ect. I just regular pre ordered an EVO. now im out like 900 bucks and have no vaporizer to use till who knows when. sigh.

Should i still open a ticket?

They responded saying they wouldn't have the parts to repair my cloud for another 3 months. I followed someone's advice and just ordered a cloud evo.
