I don't know what PIU is. An online shop? As I live in France, I ordered it from Ebay.com and they told me to contact the company...which didn't answer. I tried to charge it all night, just as you did. Maybe I'm unlucky : ) that's no big deal.

I wouldn't recommend the flowermate v5. I bought it, used it carefully and after three months it stopped working. I dont know if it's a battery problem or something else. When I sent an e-mail to the company, they didn't even answer it. So, yeah, bad choice IMO
