I doubt it's a battery issue. After a few hours the charger was green but flashing red and then later it stayed solid green. I'm at work now but when I get home I'll try charging the batteries individually to see if that works. I have the standard cart that I tried as well and it also didn't...

For a part that doesn't come with instructions that seems like a pretty important thing to know.. Waited for both batteries to charge, tried both batteries on both carts and neither are working. I can even unscrew the top of the kiss cart and hold the button down with my finger above the coil...

Yeah it lights up, I turned off the safety feature.. however, when I unscrew the top part of the cart so I can see the coil it doesn't look like the stuff melted at all. I'm gonna let the batteries charge fully and see if that changes anything..
