I purchased my solo from greatvape and they dropped their price to 199.95 no promo code needed with free shipping. Received my solo within 3 days of placing order from Oregon to CA. They are an authorized dealer and when it came time for my warranty issue greatvape sent my invoice over to Arizer...

Have been using this replacement ss solo since Saturday and I noticed the same thing that alot less effort is needed while drawing on the new solo. A couple other things I noticed is that I used it 2-3 times at level 5 before it dropped 1 bar of battery life on the new solo verses using it 1-2...

Got my SS replacement solo on the way as well. Will update everyone once I test it out. For everyone that has their replacements on the way are you required to return your ceramic peeling solo?

@dorkus_molorkus Cool. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only still using it. @al bundy Yes, they are changing the bowl to stainless steel so that there will be no more issues with flaking inside the bowl.

Just got a response from Debbie of Arizer and they will ship my new stainless steel bowl replacement solo in 2 weeks when they are ready. All I wanted was a resolution to this problem and their customer service was quick to respond and give me exactly what I wanted.

I love my solo and my views on Arizer have not changed even with the flaking issue. All you can ask from a company is quality products and customer service and I got a quick response from Arizer willing to fix my problem which is all i could ask for and that is what I received. Here's part of...

Count me to the list of people that has organic peeling on the inside of my bowl. Just contacted Arizer about the problem and hopefully I'll receive a quick response and have this problem resolved. I am with you all that feel we are the beta testers. :lol:
