Just to confirm, you meant like this right? If so, I did that, plugged it back in and re-assembled, however it hasn't changed anything, same situation with charging lights and then no heating.

The problem is I'm getting solid green as soon as I plug it in, and solid red as soon as I unplug it.

What I thought too, but it's solid green when plugged in (idle light is the only other light on) and when I try to use it after unplugging it, I turn it on, select a heat and then it just has a solid red charge light and idle light.
