"The Kid" took care of me again, he replaced the heating element under warranty. I have a new upper collar and thought I might as well change the battery, hopefully I won't break anything while trying to fix it. Thanks all and BIG Thanks to Yoyokid, it pays to buy from the right people.

Thought I'd post on cleaning the orbiter. I tried all the recommended ways that were suggested and found the best way was to use my water pick and power wash the inside with warm water, it worked well... give it a try. Duke
