Bubble hash isn't shit! It just doesn't work great in the herc.

Sounds like you loaded some bubble hash which tends to be of less purity than the herc was designed for. Can you post a pic of the product to help us?

I had to crush my coils a bit to keep them at the bottom. As stated above, do not pull too hard! I typically use very clean shatter like chronickiller posted and get dab sized clouds with a 10sec pull/10 sec cool down. FWIW I don't have any issues with my concentrate dripping to the chamber...

Due to my research here I was very careful to test the herc for shorts each time I loaded it and I definitely didn't have it on too tight. I stopped as soon as I felt resistance. FWIW the herc itself still tests fine.

Ahh... they say "TZIMR 18350" Would this have caused the top to burn when using the herc? My gut says if anything the cart would burn... not the top itself.
