The thing is they report the real value of the products inside on the customs declaration so customs will charge you because the value is over a certain point. And that's fair to their business partners who have to pay the import taxes as well. If you are lucky you are within some tolerance...

Just saw the livestream and you can order the tips now, but expect 2 weeks for them to ship them out, because they want to make sure everyone who wants one gets one - so basically, they'll probably gonna make them to order... (*edit* at least the amount that exceeds the reservations...)
