I don't get all the hate for that piece. Bubbler/Ash Catcher combo is kind've a neat concept, IMO. If I still combusted regularly, I'd be all over that. It's not like it took a ton of R&D - it's a straight copy of a Pulse Glass piece.

So my MS-Mini clone from CCG arrived with the downstem and perc shattered. CCG offered great customer service, as usual - either a replacement or credit towards another purchase. I decided to apply the credit towards one of their new pillar pieces...

Description says 18mm. This does look nice though, and I've been more impressed with CCG's consistency than steve's.

Hmm... I ordered the same banger and had no issues with the hook or depth of the cup. In fact, that's my deepest banger. Certainly, QC is always an issue with China glass, but I'd contact HymanQuartz for a replacement - sounds more like you got a defective piece. AFAIK, those carb caps don't...

While I'd love to see some more affordable propeller perc pieces, I'm really not sure how well they would come out from Stephen (or any other china blower, for that matter). I have to imagine the tolerances for a propeller perc are pretty tight.
