I got a sleeve recently that was 4cm wide and 11cm long and fits a Hydravong and BB9 so will probably fit a Vong. It might be too long so maybe look for one thats a bit shorter.

I'd probably go for the Angus, the AVLP is great but the mess/caps are a huge pain point. IMO the only reason to get the AVLP is the style/form factor, for me the looks are super stealth which is why I got the AVLP over an Angus. I'd say the AVLP would be more portable too as there's no bulb...

Thanks for the info! I'll start looking around :) I'd be happy to run at a constant 5v and adjust usage with technique rather than power for portable hits. The buck converter does seem like a cheap and easy option for controllable power between the power bank and cable though.
