Well since ive contacted Richard of cloudious, they have been all so helpful with the whole situatuon, they arw sending me the latest model as a replacement so hopefully this one isn't a faulty one

Hey guys, just received my hydrology 9 and the draw on it seems impossibly tight! Airflow vents wont adjust either? Anyone help me out with this? I've emailed cloudious and havent got a reply??
