Indeed, a most excellent choice. I have both an AIWB and an SS. Like them both. If you ordered them without special instructions otherwise, the AIWB will be carb'ed and the SS will not be. Nice variety. They both taste amazingly excellent. Enjoy!

What have you used so far to try to remove the stains? I think you could easily break your piece by doing as you are suggesting, but I understand wanting to get your piece clean.
