Got my replacement unit back after receiving a bad unit a few pages back. Haze was nice enough to upgrade my 2.0 that I originally received to the v 2.5. I am enjoying the new temperature settings, much more usable for flowers. Thanks again Haze for the exceptional customer service!
Thanks all, I see they have excellent customer service from reading through this thread. The 10 yr. warranty also was a big part in my decision to purchase the Haze. I will shoot them an email here shortly.

I was lurking here for a couple of weeks and purchased my first vaporizer...the Haze! I got it Friday and have been using the cans exclusively so far with decent results. I ran into a problem tonight though...one of the chambers now just blinks and the light does not indicate that it is at...
