After messing around more with my replacement I'm finding it clogs much easier than my old one. I've not changed my process. Maybe I'll try the mouthpiece mod discussed earlier in this thread.

So far so good. I've found it clogs a bit easier than my old one but I'll post again with more comments once I test it a bit more.
I will add though that I think Mike told me my replacement would be a beta of the new version, minus the black powder...
I got a response from Michael last night, and for that I'm grateful. However, from what he said I'm not sure I'll be eligible for a replacement since the light doesn't work on the unit along with the heater. The whole unit is dead, not just a broken heater.
Hopefully I'll get another response...

Same thing with their number. I sent a PM to Mike on Tuesday with no response yet. I think his handle is Indica Vaporizer on here. People here said he's in Europe at a trade show, so I'm trying to be patient.
