After messing around more with my replacement I'm finding it clogs much easier than my old one. I've not changed my process. Maybe I'll try the mouthpiece mod discussed earlier in this thread.

Got my replacement on Friday. Thanks Mike! So far so good. I've found it clogs a bit easier than my old one but I'll post again with more comments once I test it a bit more. I will add though that I think Mike told me my replacement would be a beta of the new version, minus the black powder...

Okay cool. Too bad they won't be sending us beta units of the new version as replacements :-)

Has anyone gotten any information about when replacements will be going out for those of us with defective units?

I got a response from Michael about a replacement. No idea when I'll be getting the replacement but he did take down my info.

Not sure if you meant to quote my post. I loved my Indica, until the unit completely died and won't turn on or charge anymore.

I got a response from Michael last night, and for that I'm grateful. However, from what he said I'm not sure I'll be eligible for a replacement since the light doesn't work on the unit along with the heater. The whole unit is dead, not just a broken heater. Hopefully I'll get another response...

What about guys like me who have been really polite about my complaints and non working unit? My PM was completely ignored while other people have gotten replies, and I've called customer service three times and have not received a callback after almost 3 weeks. It would be nice if I was at...

I'm glad some people got a response, however my PM was not answered. I'm hoping I can get a replacement too.

Same thing with their number. I sent a PM to Mike on Tuesday with no response yet. I think his handle is Indica Vaporizer on here. People here said he's in Europe at a trade show, so I'm trying to be patient.

Same here man in regards to the broken vape and customer service. I sent a PM a few days ago and haven't heard anything, and the people at the customer service number have yet to call me back after 3 calls almost two weeks ago.
