i'm afraid you might be right :( i checked out the link regarding fakes and i'm almost certain it's counterfeit. they sold it well on eBay, nor did they lower the price too much. seemed alright. i just now e-mailed them, so fingers crossed. it's been used and of course their return policy...

hey all, new to the forum and new to my pax. just got it 2 days ago. for the most part i dig it, but i have a couple concerns: 1) while on the charger, it stays orange constantly, even when it should be fully charged. i let it charge overnight and still orange. is this a problem anyone has had...
