I love my Summit. I've had it about 3 months. Have you ever not been able to pull the bottom screen out for cleaning/replacing? I can't locate the little hook to grab on to it (gunked over - should have pulled it out to clean sooner!?). I can't seem to pry it out! Please advise. Thanks.
