one coil is not evenly spaced and is touching another. Is it okay to use a tool to space it out or will I snap it? Also, I will say that although the 3.7 v coils did heat evenly and I was actually surprised, I still would like a bit more kick. But I have to say UP makes a fantastic product.

yes, they were delivered today. I tested 3 of them and they light the middle 2 coils very slow and the outer ones don't really even light up. all have 4 little coils around the wick?
