I charge the batteries with both the internal and external charger. It make do difference. The manufacturer tells me that the PCB is the problem. I should contact my seller but he dont reply till now. Is there a way to open / disassemble the "XMAX VAPE V2 PRO" without destroying? Want to fix...

I have a problem with my brand new "X-MAX V2 Pro" after the first session. I always get a low power shutdown (red led blinking) but the battery is still almost full. Tested a new battery 18650 15C 2200mhA but no success. Here is a small video that shows my problem: http://sendvid.com/62sbmmep...
