I am a medical patient and have traveled with my Iolite in carryon out of both Oakland and SF. Meds too for that matter! These two airports permit carrying up to 8 ounces if you have a valid MMJ card. (never tested it with more than 1/4oz tho :/) Flying back is a different matter, I'd drop...
