I get the same. Seems to be an effect of the vapor. Try to not breathe in through the nose when you exhale (through the mouth).

Can't say about the sinus headaches but I do get allergy-type sniffles when vaping sometimes. I think it may be the vape smoke which somehow lodges in my sinus irritating them. I'd think vapor is the tiniest of particles but i am not sure if that's true. Wonder if they have done studies...
