Has one of you an idea what setup would fit a person the best with COPD? (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) I want to introduce my mom into vaping, but I don't want to give her a bad experience with cannabis, she's a first time user and could really benefit from vaping :/

When I'm having a longer vapesession, I normally can't unscrew the mouthpiece. The glass isn't too hot to touch, but if you try to unscrew it by the glass, it only turns in the silicon (not sure if it's silicon) with no affect, so I have to wait until I can touch the steel ring to refill or to...
