On my 3rd Crafty now, just received it today. Bought my original when it was released so I guess that means I no longer have a warranty once this one goes. Would have loved to upgrade to a Mighty and pay extra but it was never offered.

This is what has happened to my Crafty, and Storz & Bickel are completely ignoring my RMA request. It's a 2 years guarantee and I bought it in September. I get the feeling they are delaying me so they can turn around and say it is out of Warranty... Consumer law in Scotland gives me 5 years...

My Crafty just broke again, press the button and it goes red, vibrates then turns off. I can keep pressing the button and it will do this every time. I cant charge it, I put the cable in and it cycles through green, red, blue. Maybe it will blow up. This one lasted 7 months.

Thanks! I am now looking for advice on keeping the cooling unit as clear as possible, as with the default screen the unit gets clogged up fast.

Ok so now that I have my new unit, what is the best method of keeping it clean? Are we still all swapping the screen to the finer mesh and using liquid pads? I haven't really kept up to date with this thread.
