Hey do you guys get thrown into serious coughing fits when using the cloud? It like dries up my throat even on the lowest temp and I end up coughing my brains out.
Does anyone else get thrown into a coughing fit from the cloud? It's not because the vapor is harsh, I believe it's because the cloud extracts the thc so well that when it hit your throat it instantly dries it out for a second because thc is a mucous irritant. Anyone like to share their ideas on it?
Alright cool. So I take back what I said about your customer service VapeXhale. You guys have always been awesome. I'm sorry I doubted your true greatness. Haha the funny thing, even with the problems I've had with my cloud, its still extremely enjoyable.
Alright the support email system you guys have is horrible. I explained I clean my elbs all the time and clean the male joint constantly and you sent me an email saying that's what I should do. But its def bad that when i leave the elb in the cloud it turned the abv dark brown even on the lowest...
Its just scorching the load. Even on the lowest setting. The abv is always dark brown even tho i dont get any vapor. And the male joint to the air pathway always smells horrible. Its like the smell it had when I first got it.
Okay I've had my cloud for a few months now and now it's not performing like it used to. Sometimes I get huge tasty clouds but most of the time now it's either no vapor or whispy vapor and then it burns whatever's in the easy bowl. Does anyone know whats wrong with it?
You guys are totally going to get it. To be honest I would say the only product that might give you a run is the Pax and while the pax is great, the cloud is the best all around desktop vape on the market. I've used it everyday for the past 2 months and only smoked once out of those two months...
