Thanks guys! I'll start filling out the RMA tonight.

Picked up my nano to plug it in on Saturday and something is rattling inside it! It will not light up or heat up at this point. I have written Epicvape but haven't heard back yet. Really bummed not having my nano at the ready! Anyone have this issue before??

To clean my gong, I soaked it in alcohol but then my wife suggested we try our steamer on it. The handheld steamer did wonders! The gong (and screen) looks like new with a minimal effort. We also used it to clean the bubbler. Great trick from the wife!

My Gong finally clogged up enough where performance started to slip. So I tried the 'dial it up to 10 and rip the empty Gong' method that is mentioned here by some. Got 4 huge bubblers full and accordingly ripped. It worked to help the clogging and get me flying but I woke up in the middle of...

Well I just had my first date with Ms. Nano and wow, we hit it off well ;). Fired it up with my D020 and I was blown away by the big milky hits. You folks were NOT lying, that's for sure and I think I'm going to love my nano! I also enjoy using my stir n scoop vape tool. Nice little addition.
