Thanks! I will look into getting some of those wipes. I've also heard of people buying some type of food grade lubricant to apply to the mouth piece. Has anyone picked up anything like that? I know you can get some on Ebay.

My Pax update: Shipped my Pax priority back to Ploom. They say they should either repair mine or issue me a new one. Said they would throw some screens in to cover the shipping. Cost like $32 to ship it overnight to Delta, BC from Vancouver, BC... On a side note, has anyone made a homemade...

I have found in my short time using the Pax, very finely ground herbs seem to work best. I got some sticky OG Kush from my guy and I found that grinding it and letting it sit for a bit and dry out a bit more helped the pax in its performance. I usually start on medium heat and vape til I can...

UPDATE: After cleaning the unit once again and loading up the oven, after an initial draw, the unit now isn't even turning on and flashing red also no longer charging.
