Edit: ok, I'm stupid! I did not know you had to buy a hands free accessory to have it hold in place. So never mind, I guess!

Hi guys, I just bought my SSV today, but I've run into a huge problem: the wand doesn't fit the heating piece. Has this happened to anybody else? I've search all over, but I've never seen anybody report such a problem. If anybody could help, that would be great. Thanks!
