Honesty there is a good thread around that has details on building a pen for waxes from e cig parts. Pretty much using the eGo battery and any combination of preferential carts/atomizers. I would recommend that for anyone looking for a personal build that will last for sure. As far as businesses...
So the carts on the sticky pen lasted less than 2 weeks for me. I just got some persei omicron carts and an adapter for the sticky battery but have no had a chance to fill up the carts and test out the battery. The carts are difficult to fill and require a large amount which is a pain over being...
I was wondering the same thing. The device is a pretty reliable little pen and the only thing that I can think of that would need replacing is the mouth pieces? and the battery every once in a while. None of my friends have encountered any problems outside the battery so nothing regarding...
Hello FC, long time since I've been around here. It's been a while since I've been following this site religiously over the release of the Pax. Happy first adopter here and glad to have this awesome community for all troubleshooting and user needs for that wonderful device.
Now let's get down...
hmm. I'm about to receive my EQ on Monday and I am inquiring into this mod too. I saw several places back, like 170 or 180's, that someone had successfully modded their EQ to work with valve bags. They initially ran into this problem with leakage but he somehow managed to fix this with o rings...
Ya just pick up some of the stiffest Zen pipe cleaners. I posted an amazon link to someone back on some page so just browse my posts, there aren't that many. You can buy a whole bunch of them off amazon for relatively low money.
Back for the first time since about a week after the Pax dropped on the market when I made some brief postings to characterize my experience as an early adopter. I am now about 2 months in and am currently sitting in bed using my Pax to help me sleep tonight. I am overwhelmed at how stealthy...
If you have the new one just a simple clean of the unit then dipping the bottom tube of the mouthpiece in some ISO, preferably 91%, then sticking it back into the unit repeatedly will work. Make sure you take the mp out and let all pieces dry. Ploom will tell you the same thing. They said a lot...
Hey Espo I picked up some of the really strong ones made by Zen at my local headshop but you can order the same ones on amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000W5R6UA
I do wish the damn battery was bigger because as proof by modders it is possible to keep the unit functional and optimized with a bigger battery. I would be a little bit upset and feel gypped if they released a newer model with better battery life, but that's the price of being an early adopter.
Yah you all should definitely get a new one. There is nothing better than having spare pieces just in case anything goes wrong. And if Ploom is happy to send them out to anyone experiencing problems for free then why not capitalize?
