Thanks for the help, but sadly it will not let me upload any images from my iPhone . It says my version of iOS does not allow file uploading. Sorry folks, I'll have to search for another way...

I have several custom Ascent accessories and would like to share pictures with you all. Does anyone know if/how pictures can be posted using this site from an iPhone. Is it not working because I'm mobile, do I need a computer?

I never noticed any strange fumes of 'flavors'. I believe I skipped the burn-off process because I didn't know about it yet. But no plastic taste that I can recall. I have a tip for the cleaning process. I take the glass screen stem out once a day to clean it, and because I do it this often...

Ratchett's tamping tool is like having the glass jar with a handle/stick to grab. I started using my pinky because it's much harder to try and fidget around with the tiny glass jar. Without a handle, the jar is difficult to grab and maneuver in and out of the oven. It kinda gets super hot...

Thanks for the opinions on that, I'm gonna just ignore this particular strain until it seems better cured. I'll pull it back out in a week or so and see if it's any different. COCOBOLO WONG UPDATE So the Ed's Wong is still treating me very nicely after about a week of daily usage as my draw...

Does anyone know how to pack the spongier stuff? I just got some new herb that won't produce much taste or vapor. It is a really nice looking skunk, huge spongy bud. Seems like it needs high temps like 400F to vape. Is it not dry enough or is it a new packing technique I need to master? Or...

@nigel I believe you are correct, I came to the same conclusion after looking at it for a couple minutes. I have been using the Wong with the DV glass screen stem for 2 or 3 sessions now, and it appears to be the most perfect choice. I have to say, the Cocobolo Wong has opened up a whole new...

What do you think @nigel , do I need the bottom glass stem? I won't call it the snorkel anymore :hmm: , but I'm thinking it will help keep the wooden stem clean if anything. About ready to test it for the first time. I wonder what Ed would say?

Hello again everyone. I am very excited because my cocobolo Wong stem by Ed has arrived. It looks truly beautiful, he picked a good wood. @CarolKing , I believe you have one of these yourself. I am just wondering: does the cocobolo Wong alone replace both glass stems? I think you posted once...

Thanks guys, I am digging the advice so far. The super tasty oil jar session earlier did stain the ceramic walls pretty good, and the jar was a bit tricky to get out. That's the main turnoff I think with this jar method- the mess. You would have to clean it constantly if you used it this way...

I guess my main blockage towards the glass flowers is the fact that I enjoy simply blowing the puck out into the trash can while hot, or onto the ground when outdoors. I really don't like touching the ABV. I am excited to see how they affect vapor production after reading SO MUCH about them...

Thanks OF for the welcome and insights, and thanks for reading. You are right, I would probably benefit from having two different vapes, and for around $100 that sounds pretty good. You know I could just stroll into one of the headshops today and grab a couple glass flowers from the bowl for a...

So I have been reading this thread for about 100 pages, over the course of the past couple weeks. I found it like many others; when I received my Ascent about a month ago, I had many questions- which led me here via Google. I have to say, it has been a fun, long, strange trip. All the...
