I don't have the VROD but I do have the ShowerHead and i think it hits harder than the Maxx. I have only broken out the Maxx one this past year during a power outage. But that's just like my opinion, man.

DNA chips will not run any 3rd party firmware. You should run Arctic Fox on the Gen3 and turn on the 2s boost feature.

They are touted as more precise and very battery efficient.

I would love a XL8R for my Z 2 hole. I been using a couple 110mm 19/22 from 420EDC. I know how it sounds but I am loving the extra length, lol.
