I do think it's a drawback that you can't upgrade firmware via BlueTooth or USB. Many, many devices can do this, so it seems weird to me that S&B would rather have people mail in their old units, and pay for shipping *new* units back to them, just for a firmware upgrade. Seems to me that...

Just an update - S&B turned around my Crafty in a day, and sent it back USPS 2-day. I got a brand new Crafty box, with firmware 2.07. It connected up to my Android v5.x (Lollipop) snip-snap. I must say - I think the Crafty is a bit expensive for what you get, but the Customer Service is...

I got a crafty with firmware v2.04. It wouldn't connect to Android 5.x devices (S6 Edge), but did just fine with Android 4.x devices. I sent it back to S&B for the firmware upgrade. I'm expecting to get Crafty 2.06 back, and that it will work with Android 5.x
