I got a v2 premium kit a few months ago and the all the atomizers had the hole on the bottom, including the Terra which made it pretty useless. I didn't realize that was the old design so I didn't contact support then, could I still get a replacement one?

I also have the coils with the hole in the bottom, I've seen pictures on the source site with atomizers with holes on the side and that definitely seems better, I wonder why there are 2 different ones...

Ya, I emailed support and they're sending me a new Orb and replacement atomizer, along with another 5$ giftcard, which are really starting to stack up :p
