I got lucky to stumble across that price on ebay yesterday. I was about to buy the v3 for 299 and figured I start doing a little research before I dished out that kind of :2c:. Then I found out there was a v4, was like shit I just dogged a bullet. Googled the Q and started searching ebay for it...

I emailed them asking the same questions. Product is only sold as new and is the new Q model. Awesome deal get on it. Maybe business is hurting, that why he's selling them at wholesale prices to move product.
