I have been looking everywhere on a manual or instructions to install my knibbler XL but i cant get it to pull through the smoke it works when i take it off but not when its connected help!does it just take way longer to heat up??

I keep hearing alot of people mention a learning curve and technique @masaki What is your technique? ive heard pulsing the button and inhaling for like 10 secs after you get it warm and what not, only hold it down for 5 seconds.. ive had it for a few dayz but it seems to get dirty still quick...

use a lighter on the top of it til it melts down most the way, they use a wire brush to clean it before you put the cap on. Btw my herc is now working like a champ, hopefully it stays on or i think the top is wiggin out considering kiss carts mess up occasionally.

actually my top works most the time with my kiss cartridge, but every once in a while it will blink like the cart isnt set up right when it is an impossible to cluck cartridge.. could i of messed my top up? i didnt follow the manual with the batteries i rushed it and charged them out of the box...

So i just recently bought the hercules and i may have shorted the ceramic rod after not placing it in the right place a few times? The very top looks like its got a burned black freckel is this something that happens when the rod goes out?? please help batteries are charged my kiss cart works on...
