Here's what it looks like might be kind of hard to see, it's basically just resting on top of the bracket and if I push straight down there's some resistance there: I guess just push left to right and downward? The last thing I need is to break something and be out of this SSV for another week...

thanks Vitolo, but contacted them before opening to see what they thought and they said to just send it in. Hopefully just a quick fix like you said a washer missing or something
