The only problem I have is with customer service. When they sent out the wrong mouth pieces they refused to send me the new pes pong to replace the one that came with my WT. exact words "The cost on the water tool would be higher if the pes pong was included." Wish I could use my pro...

I like to pack it a little, tamp it down, and repeat until it's about 3/4 full. Then I take a paperclip jam it in there give it a nice stir and tamp the whole thing down again. Then I start my session. Abv comes out coffee grounds brown.

I typically never go past setting 3 with and without the WT. I'm at work all day or I would post a vid of how slow I pull with the WT. I would say the water almost looks like a slow simmering boil, and usually I feel as if I'm drooling into the WT, just like I read that someone else was...

Try hitting slower. My WT gives me huge hits, without it my throat gets irritated quick and as a result I take smaller pulls. Water filtration is a necessity for me =]

@salivape I also tried some hash in the FMJ with similar experience. Light vapor but amazing taste on lvl 3. Seemed like there was still some left so after the first session I turned it on again on lvl 4 got similar vapor and almost got another 8min session. Dumped out the hash, seemed like it...

Anyone really experimented with hash? I put layer of weed and broke up the hash and made a sandwich but I didn't feel like it cooked it fully. So I ended up taking abv out, separating the hash and packed a bowl.

So you got one pong and one mouth piece? Or one pong two mouth pieces? Cause I also got one of both

Got my replacements today! Just want to say i feel as if the pes pong fits much better/snug then the original pong. Also very happy nothing is broken, seeing how ups handled my mail so nicely... (Hole in the top was me)

My pro came with a black pong (along with regular mouth piece) and the WT came with another clear pong

I feel the mouth piece gives off the most smell and this is why. It's easy to clean the top but what about the sides of the screen next to the plastic? Am I suppose to be able to pop this screen out? I don't want to destroy the screen and rather not let the whole mouth piece sit in ISO Edit: I...
