My repaired unit is working. However, the heat up time is approximately 85-95 seconds. I stopwatched the battery use from a full charge on the medium heat setting and recorded a total of 52 minutes until fully discharged. Almost completed 4 sessions. When the constant amber light appears...

Past the 2 week marker and still no reply/answer/response from Goboof. What kind of company just shuns customers in this regard? Regretting purchasing this device. As far as being a 'pax killer', I scoff. Would have had a replacement pax at my doorstep by now, instead of being in a state...

Warranties typically dont cover owner/operator negligence, such as dropping, etc.

I hear ya. Purchased my Alfa from Gotvape. They issued an RMA # and instructed me to send it to company headquarters in Ireland. Spent $15 on the shipping, which just about blew my 10% purchase discount.

Thanks, we are in the same boat. Our GA numbers are both in the 100-200 range. Mine malfunctioned after just 2 uses. Sent mine off to Ireland today. I feel your pain.

Hard to say with any certainty, with only a couple uses. With both units the vaped product came out similarly in one big clump. Never actually stirred the pax, just used finely ground herbs and increased from medium to high for final extraction. Hopefully gotvape opens tomorrow so I can...

I've owned the Pax for about 18 months now. Been through 2 of them actually. It's a good unit, for the first couple months, then they seem to crap out. Can't really compare to my out of service Alfa yet. The biggest difference is the bowl/load capacity.

Hi everyone, Noob here. I read through this post and decided to purchase an Alfa. It worked great for me, twice. Third session, device started warming, then got the red flashing light. Pretty bummed.
