The majority of customers including myself got units that had loose screws, misalignment issues and loose dry glass... shoddy workmanship. The seller sent me a 220V unit which is why I initially decided to return it, but after buying a 200W convertor and testing it, the unit functioned horribly...

Well good news for my case, and anyone else who has received a european/australian 220V unit. Paypal decided to refund all my money. I think i get to keep the unit as well?

I believe that all these units being sold by this guy, are defective or most likely did not pass QC testing, that doesn't necessarily mean the units don't work. Still trying to figure out the return of my 220v unit, but my unit looks brand spanking new, except some screws are loose and or not...
