At that price you could get a new or lightly used Volcano. It's just as high-quality and the manufacturer is healthy and stable. Herbalizer may recover from this, but I think it would be prudent for everyone to take a "wait and see" approach before investing hundreds of dollars.

I'm not an attorney either (my brother is), but I do have a grasp of basic legal concepts: like the corporation. The whole point of incorporating is so that the company becomes the legally responsible entity, and not the business owners. Companies are under no obligation to act "morally" either...
