My opinion is the bent intake is a poor design. As the heat gets shot/sucked into the intake, it hugs the far inside wall of the intake resulting in an uneven burn. I think the flower chamber should be centered to the hot edge of the intake. Basically push the intake hole about a quarter inch...

Using a 14mm nonavong body with a spinning mouthpiece did not work with my 14mm percolator. The mouthpiece bottomed out before sealing. What worked for me was using the same standard Condenser with a 14mm nonavong stem without a mouthpiece. edit: meant nonavong stem.

It's a policy to protect the vendors from undercutting each other. Also keeps brick and mortar stores competitive vs online retailers with less overhead. It also protects the value of the brand. People often equate quality with price point.
