taste isn't the problem though i bought .5 pre filled carts. So everytime i get down to .4 i need to add more? How do i get it to hit like before with only .4 left?

It scaled to about .4 more than my other empty cart. It's also pretty new. But this also happened to my last cart. It hit amazing first few days. Now it barely hits.
