Ordered this from GotVape, got two uses out of it before the battery died. Went to recharge and realized the unit would not recharge (no flashing to say it was charging) - so unit was DOA with a defective charging port or battery. Promptly sent back to GetVape.

Well when you buy a product at a high cost point and considered to be such a precise machined tool, things like misalgined logos and touchy battery connects are a valid complaint - although my product defects have much deeper issues than just the logo.
