No warranty I'm afraid, I'm in the uk and bought the unit secondhand.

This isn't heating ro anything. Is there a reset procedure?

Oh dear. My da vinci just seems ro have died. I turned it on and the screen showed some strange characters, the heat light flashes a few times and now nothing, the display lights up blue but is blank and nothing happens. Any ideas?
