It doesn't say anything like that on the paypal website. It says that if your dispute isn't resolved in a certain period of time you can apply for a claim, which is when they will decide whether you get your money back or not.

Thanks for the info grokit. I've started a dispute with paypal, but I doubt this is going anywhere. I've probably just lost $40 lol. What I don't understand is that everyone here says Calen has amazing customer service and is a overall nice guy... It's possible that he's on vacation or something...
