Grind size (medium, not fine) and how firm you pack it in the stem. So too fine and too tight = too restricted for me.

Grind and tightness of pack make a huge difference in draw for me.

Yep, stock long stem that came with it. Wonder if the heating chamber isn't installed a little off kilter, or maybe the gasket? Just concerned I'm loosing something if heat is being conducted from the glass to the top of the body.
