I've never tried. To my understanding, wick is for glycerin only. Glycerin doesn't vape at the same temp as wax, I believe (honestly, I have no clue) so it makes sense you would need different utensils to vape with. Wick just doesn't heat hot enough for wax, but it does for sugar alcohol.
